Scaffolds should be inspected daily, when in use, by you, your supervisor, or professionals. They must be rigid, stable, and built according to legislation. Scaffolds must be constructed to handle four times the load you plan to place on it.
Toe boards should be installed to prevent objects and workers from falling. Railings, ladders and walkways should be free of litter, grease, oil, and mud to prevent slips and other accidents.
